What is everyone using for rear fender covers while performing any type of maintenance in the engine bay?

I seem to recall there were Testarossa specific covers offered years ago?

Wear sweat shirts or t-shirts / pants without buttons, rivets, belts etc.. Nothing in pockets. Nothing on fenders.

Exception: brake fluid... add splash /drip protection

Not much to go on from this thread from last year but giving this another shot. I have a shop owner looking for a set of Testarossa specific fender covers manufactured to conform with the shape of the fender. As the OP mentions, I also recall seeing them some years ago. Anyone have a lead on them? TIA.

Ferrari made them and provided them to dealers. Fiberglass mold of rear fender top lined with felt. Have not seen any in a very long time.

We had only one set at Classic FoW. They were HUGE, but absolutely important for working on TR/512s. They were protected with all of the Tech's employment because of their rarity. Two guys mandated to carry and set on. We had a special place in the shop for protected storage to keep them as long as possible.

One teeny elbow dent on the top of the rear quarter was multiple thousands at Karosserie some years ago.
