    I've had reason to use these today for the first time (our winter upon us) and I have noticed that they can only be activated when the headlight is on and doesn't work with just the parkers on.
    Both left and right come on with the inner tail light round cluster.

    Is this the case with the USA version?

    US versions do not have the rear fog lights.

    I wonder why that is?
    Your states get a lot more adverse wintery conditions than us downunder that's for sure.
