348 Rear Grill Repair Suggestions

The rear grill on my car (P/N 62113700) is damaged and I wondered if anyone has any suggestions to repair shops in the LA area that would be able to knock this one out. It really needs someone who can TIG weld and maybe has a CNC. Not looking to buy a whole new one because I do believe this can be saved. Thank you!
