Hi, does anyone know if the extra long studs on the rear lamps intended to come through the rear plastic panel to fix it?

No. The M3 studs should terminate before the inner plastic panel. The only holes that should be on the plastic panel are the ones that fix the panel to the chassis. In my case I had 3 original screws doing this although I have seen up to 5 but cannot comment if they were added later or not.

Thanks, I wonder why I have two long M3 studs + 1 super long stud (probably 50mm long) for each original rear lamp?

Vendors call the rear interior vertical plastic piece a "batchboard"

Are you saying three slot screws attach the batchboard to the gutter rail?
This would be similar to the front spare tire batchboard's four gutter rail screws

Three screws fit the batchboard to the tube structure on the inside back of the trunk assembly. The screws do not go along the gutter rail like in the spare tire area.
