Rear "shelf" behind seat

    The rear "shelf" behind the headrests has become a bit deformed. Does anybody know how to remove it? Pics would be great.

    Surely he means the

    a) vinyl clad "shelf" just beneath the rear window? (behind the headrests).

    Or

    b) the insulation on top of the fuel tank underneath the carpet which makes the shelf behind the seatbacks. On mine, this is also a bit undulating.

    For b), first of all, the carpet must come out methinks.

    For a), on Euro cars this just sort of unclips. However, US versions are different in both areas, so I can't help specifically, but hope that helps to identify what question is actually being asked.
