Anyone have an opinion on the install of the "typical" rear leather shelf versus the diamond pattern leather rear shelf? is one preferred by most owners and is one more attractice with respect to resale?

Very subjective. I prefer the 250 shelf, (very indicative of many important Ferraris) however, many feel it's dated looking.

Well, the leather quilting was an option. It cost more, so I would say that it would make the car worth more. At least it does to me. It's a matter of taste, but I strongly prefer the leather shelf to carpeting that is now curling at the edges as these cars pass the 10 year-old mark.

Has anyone dealt with the rear leather shelf shrinking? Some of the leather has shrunk on at the crease (no longer fitted flush in the corner) and on the sides. I am seeing if it is possible to have it stretched back out or replaced. Also, if I send it out for replacement any suggestion?

Now that's what I'm talking about. Love the look!

with regards to the rear shelf, does anyone know how to get to the rear speakers to check for a loose connection.
After straps, leather cover, and belt cap, is there a method to removing the rear trim piece? (#25 in pic)

    much appreciated
