The rear sway bar on the GTS is thicker than on the GTB, so you’d expect that the mounting bits will be different - and indeed the diagram at ferrariparts.co.uk (drawing 35, “rear suspension -wishbones”) shows different part numbers for the mounting bush (#22 on the diagram) and the drop link bush (#27).

But what about the spacer for the drop link bushes (#28)? Is that the same on the two models?

I’m asking because I need to redo my rear sway bar mounts, want to be sure I buy the right bits for my GTSi. The diagrams at ricambiamerica and trutlands show everything is common including #22 and #27, and that can’t be right. Superformance has B-specific and S-specific parts for #22 and #27, but their website only has one spacer, and it’s labeled for the GTB only.

No, the (euro version) 308i-2V SPCs at RicambiAmerica and TRutlands are also showing different #22 and #27 for GTB and GTS -- just in a very unclear way. This:
    Image Unavailable, Please Login
(besides having the quantity wrong) means: "use 109010 on the smaller GTB rollbar and use 108748 on the larger GTS rollbar".

    Same thing for this:
    Image Unavailable, Please Login
means "use 108244 on GTB and use 107335 on GTS".

However, since the '78-'79 US version SPC says use 108244 on both GTB and GTS for #27, I'd guess that the US version 308i-2V SPC would also have #27 being 108244 for both GTB and GTS. You should really be using the US version 308i-2V SPC (if you have a US version 308i-2V), but it isn't available anywhere online that I know of.

Don't know why that #28 spacer would be GTB only (in the '78-'79 US 308 SPC, it is both GTB and GTS), and I would lean more to that just being a mistake in the euro 308i-2V documentation (as euro 308i-2V GTS still need something like that unless the ends of a euro 308i-2V GTS rollbar are quite a different design, but no other #28 part is shown/listed). However, it's a part that would normally not be replaced (unless it was badly corroded), so I don't think you'll need new ones.
