    The vent frames running along side the back window are showing some oxidation in a couple of areas. What's the best way to get them looking good again since they're not a painted part, or are they? The mesh looks fine. Also, my car is black with black wheels and red calipers. Would it look bad if I painted the vent frames red and left the mesh black?

    Those products like Meguiar's Trim Detailer will enhance it. I'd probably stay away from painting it red.
