Anyone have a picture of the drivers side rear window on an 89 328. Mine doesn't have a central grommet/rubber thing but the hole is filled. I am wondering if the grommet broke off or never existed?

My 86 has one, so yours was probably filled. This is an area water can sit longer and corrode and then get repaired.
I see your in Ft. Lauderdale- give me a shout if you are going to an event, like dealer Cars & coffee, or Scuderia club thursday nights

Not sure exactly that you are referring to?

    Any chance of a picture?

I guess you refer to the red circled black rubber item. Eurospares offers it for 1 pound, but delivery time might be few days as its not in stock.

These are the 2 rubber stoppers to keep the Side Rear Quarter Vents from rattling. On my 85 QV they are under the Slatted Vents and can be seen when you open them up. Left side to get to the Gas Filler, Right Side to clean the glass Quarter windows. The hole for mounting these rubber grommets is in a small hole in the Belt Sheet Metal. Yes, I also got a set of replacement grommets from Verell of Unobtanium.

I believe (I'm not with the car to check) but with the 1989 cars they have one side with the pictured rubber grommet and the other side a round black plastic plug.

According to Ferrari Change Notice #53 dated 7/18/1988, from 328 GTS #76681,
61989600 bumper was discontinued and the larger curved bumper 62460200 was
    installed using screw p/n 10389377.
There were several Change Notices for the late 328's.

Wow- I had forgotten about this post -thanks for the replies!

Rosey- that helps because the drivers side of my 89 GTS just has a black rubber plug and I wasn't sure if it was right.

As for the the passenger side- which of those two pictured in this thread is correct for an 89 (didn't realize there was more than one option)?
Is the one on the pictured on the left p/n 61989600 and the one one the right p/n 62460200 or vice versa?

    Yes, the plug is correct.

You just need one of the grommets shown on the left for the other side of the car and you're done.
