Gday racerboy,I posted some time ago that a friend of mine was going to start producing Dino screens, although we had a few enquiries it fell a bit short of the number he needs to start up which is about 15,maybe this thread will boost the numbers. His cost estimate was around $1500 US, if you check out Dino Parts they have them there for around $3900,bye the way I finally produced a good example of the sunvisor bracket thanks to you.

Thanks for the reply. I actually found that thread in the archives. How close did he come to the quota needed? I have several people on the hunt for me.

I wonder if some one could organise, who needs a rear screen poll similar to the boot light switch poll,I spoke to my friend who said we need another 5 screens to get the ball rolling, which would total the required 15.

The dream senario would be to get St. Gobain/Securit to run another batch of these as they originally made them. This might be possible if it went through Maranello Concessionaires in England as they have some clout. If they had enough pre-commitment on a batch they might be willing to do the project and be able to add to the number to have some in their stock . I know the remade glass would have to be dead on or it doesn't fit right. Some side glass was made for the Dino years back and the curve of the glass wasn't quite correct so it wouldn't roll all the way up. Maranello's and St. Gobain's willingness to do this is pure speculation on my part but the worst that could happen is they would say no.
