Anybody can recommend a reasonable independent dealer in Dallas for servicing?
Norwoods is on the border of Love Field. The end of their street is a runway. I think that's your solution.
Search is your friend. James Patterson, Norwoods. If you get a chance, personally go by and see. I went in one time to purchase 1 oil filter for a 328. He could have easily spent 30 seconds and gotten rid of me ( as I would have expected), but he personally took time to show me around and let me look at the cars he was working on. A great guy, you will never hear a complaint about him, which is difficult for any business.
James @ Norwoods is the nicest guy who runs a great shop that is honest and reasonable. He has gone the extra mile on many occasions (which is invaluable because the tempermental Italians act up when least expected). I wish he worked on other cars besides Ferrari's and Lambos but then he would never have time. I keep trying to take the rest of the family there. Boardwalk Parts and Sales are really nice but no thanks to the service dept.
I have to agree with the other posters and recommend James Patterson at Norwood Performance in Dallas. He is very helpful and will always take the time to talk with you about your car and any other Ferrari you might have an interest in discussing. He is a great guy to talk to and I trust him with my cars.
