    If you want to hear sweet music,
    then attend a concert or purchase a Jaguar.

    If you want to sit out in the heat in comfort,
    then find a restaurant or purchase a Mercedes.

    If you have fear of locking your brakes,
    then you shouldn’t be driving a stallion – buy a Porsche.

    But…

    If you want to stop breathing in 3.8 seconds,

    If you want your stomach to drop to your seat and your heart to leap into your throat,

    If you want a machine to give back to you everything you gave to it and then ask for more,

    If you want to feel the passion of a single man’s heart,

    Then, my good man,

    You purchase a Ferrari.

    I agree I sold my 308 GTS and I have regreted it many times. I don't miss repair costs, but I do miss the car.
    I presently have a 2000 Corvette Convertible 6 speed great car, but not a Ferrari maybe again some day.

    Don't all get too nostalgic - haven't Ferraris had ABS since 1989 (328, 348)? ABS for the past 19 years of production kind of deflates the sentiment, don't you think? :p
