Rebuilt Alternator lasted only 7 miles

    yes BUT thats why ferrari supplies a nippon denso unit as an upgrade, comes in a kit as you all know, and it is better than the delco units,

    ....turns out they used all USED parts for rebuild #1.

    Everything was replaced with new parts. I said I want all new and orriginal parts since it was no fun taking it out again. So this time they went out and bought all original Nippon Denso parts.

    The belt is as tight as it was when taken out the first time. Can I assume that the belt does have some degree of stretch when the motor is hot?
