Rebuilt means a failed component was switched out and the place hopes you make it out of the parking lot. Remaned means the entire unit was gone through, everything brought up to oem SPEC and in many cases the newly installed parts exceed original one. GTS BRUCE

    Let me try.

Rebuilt means the work was done by unskilled, uneducated third-worlders who are following rote instructions.

Remanufactured means the work was done by people who understand what the part is supposed to do, how it is supposed to do it, and what caused it to fail.

That would be great if it was true.

Simple fact is most reman stuff is done in the third world by the low bidder.

Mercedes factory reman is one of the few exceptions.

Bosch reman?? What a laugh. Done in the mountains of Mongolia by people who commute to work on a Yak and have no running water.
