A friend of mine has more than a few tickets and is looking at a suspention of his drivers license, including work hours.

I have heard about Amir Soleimanian, does anyone know of him or have any experience with him or of any other good Traffic Attorney.

Any good recomendations would be helpfull.

    Thanks

I have used ticketassasin.com multiple times and have gotten out of every single ticket. It works.

not to highjack the thread but a quick question since we are discussing fighting tickets

does anyone know when the deadline to request a trial by written declaration? can you do it after youve pled not guilty but before youre court date?

Ive already gone in and made a plea of not guilty and the court date has been set, about a week from now. I know that an extension is allowed if done so at least 2 days prior and you have to go into court to do so, but dont know if its too late to change the way I want to fight it.

Lawyers are a waste of money and never work. I know as I went through about 4 of them

post bail and you can get the trial by decleration when you go to the clearks office. ask for additional extention, and as many you can get,

btw good luck with it !.

thanks. I guess I figure out everything on Monday. I already was permitted one extension in the beginning and wasnt allowed any more, so I went in and made a plea of not guilty and waived time. well now that time is almost up but have to work on that court date, and would prefer to do it by letter anyways. I know I can ask for another extension here as long as its 2 or more days before the court date. So we will see how it goes.

and akinla I sent my friend a message about your inquiry. He recently had the same troubles and his attorney fixed it for him nicely.

    I would totally disagree

Walking in w/out a Lawyer basically is saying I really don’t care what you do to me and I’ve seen people say things that even if a judge wanted to be lenient, these people just end up totally screwing themselves

Unless you’ve got some really crappy Lawyers, going into court w/out a Lawyer is like saying Mechanics know a bit more than the average guy
