    Hello,

    I'm looking to purchase a single family home in Miami and am trying to finish lining up my 'team' to help complete the deal. Being out of state, I would love to get some local's opinions. :)

    Can anyone recommend any great companies and also companies to avoid for the following?
    -General Contractor
    -Property Management Company

    I have a good friend from college that is a great one for a G.C. Richard Villaverde (305) 496-7378. I think his company is greenhaus design. Tell him that Bill Tracy gave you the number.
    Very detail oriented and cares about his product. If a big hurricane is on the way I would feel really good staying in a place that he builds.
