    Dear FChatters,

    Merry X'Mas to you all.

I've been long contemplating about recovering the leather on my dashboard, but my job and frequent travel associated with it, kept me away from doing the desired. Now that things are slowing down in Oil and Gas :(, I might have some time in my hands. Hence the thread.

My 360 came with Nero interior and Red Stitching. Since, recovering the leather means taking the dashboard out altogether, I was thinking about recovering the lower dashboard in another color as well. I have attached a picture of what it would look like. Please note that I don't intend to change the carpeting, just the lower dashboard leather color.

Your opinion is most welcome. I do understand that having original specs is a desired thing and affects the resale value.

Your idea looks great with the matching red carpet if you don't mind the loss in the original value

I like it with the red carpet, but I do not think not would work with black carpet.

I am not a fan of red carpet but you know, at the end of the day its your car so always do whatever makes you happy!
