    I saw the Ferrari today between 6-7 pm. Is the owner local in the Newport/Middletown RI area? The Ferrari looked very clean. Would like to see the car in person if possible. I'm thinking about getting one myself.

    I suspect that was a local FCA/NER member heading to Newport to join other members for dinner on the Dinner Train. The Ferrari Club of America has a very active New England Region. Check their website for events.
