Their competitiveness this past weekend garnered more tv exposure than normal for them and on-board footage on DC's car has raised some concern. The rear wing piviots back around the front support strut as the speed on the main straight increases before it pops back up into it vertical position for breaking into turn one.

Several teams are unhappy although there's no indication yet that they'll protest. A leading team member has said "this was the most blatant example I've ever seen." It's unclear if the FIA has been asked to investigate this however, it understood there will likely be questions asked at Monaco.

I have not seen it, but if this is the case, this was outlawed in 1968, at the same time they banned the high wings, which kept breaking off at speed. No moveable aerodynamic devices.

The onboard camera of the Red Bull cars showed that the rear wing is an illegally flexing device: It is upright in the turns but bends down on the straights.

It will be interesting to see whether the FIA will go after Red Bull and DC's first points from Barcelona.

    They all move.
The question is how much ?
Apparently there are no tolerances so the decision is left to interpretation.

Latest word from Monaco is that nobody has protested against the wing, so the Barcelona results remain in tact.

Charlie Whiting has issued a warning to Red Bull and most likely those cars will carry a rearward facing camera in the Monaco GP. Should it happen again, there might be sanctions for the team at Montreal.

This is what happened a few years ago, I think with Ferrari? The rear wing would flex back at speed to reduce drag and return forward under braking. Spring-mounted, I believe.

Luckily for RBR it won't have much effect at Monaco if they go with a stiffer wing.

I still can't believe that McLaren was given a pass on their front. I mean, it's so clear that it moves a fair amount and it seems so blatant, that I can only think politics had something to do with it being given a pass.
