Red Dino in Palm Beach

This weekend in Palm Beach, a red Dino was stopping all passersby on Worth Avenue, who s******ed at the preposterous Rolls convertible parked just behind it, but ogled the Dino with big grins. The plate was from the Bahamas, number 92. Whose car is it, anyone know?? (My new Blackberry has no camera.)
