    After all of the testing ,O2,timing and a lot of"I hope to hell this works" They do not Glow any longer.A combo of errors of the vehicles past in California and just age. What I found was a very very lean a/f ratio to pass Calif's exhaust test also a cracked vacuum hose going to the digiplex's .The timing was at full advance all of the time and with the enrichment on when cold it was more of a torch in the exhaust headers. Does anyone know what normal temps for the headers,cats and mufflers are.my exhaust headers are 325ish.The cats are 650-700 ,muffler is375-400. All these were shot with a thermal laser heat gun . Thanks for all of the support,the K Jet is easy to adjust and balance idle air and idle stop when you don't have vacuum leaks.
