Red Rev Counter

Simple question: was the red rev counter a no-cost or added-cost item on the 2017 488s? I thought a little birdie told me once that black was standard but yellow and red were no charge but I cant remember. And then white and aluminum were additional?

For some reason its not listed under the GTB but is under the Spider. Appears RMPR (red) and RPMY (yellow) were $0.00, while RPMW (white) and RPMA (aluminum) were $964.00.
