    That ought to wake him up...

    Red line on the asphalt from paint scraping off is almost equal to rpm redline..right???

    Here is what FBB really means;

    1. I would rev higher than redline but that stupid rev limiter gets in the way

    2. I never garage my car because it's always on the track

    3. 65mph legal limit??? That is 1st gear only, I've got 5 more gears to do illegal stuff

    Here is something interesting- the iPhone geotags all the pictures so you can see where someone was when they took that picture. But does anyone know if you can pull that info off an uploaded pic? I can't check because I'm on my iPhone! :D

    GEEZ! One little mistake... Not even my fault damnn P-BUG. Now you guys know why my friends B and V won't let me drive the 358. They are so cold. They dangle the carrot right in front of me. When they were both 5 I could hear them saying, "I got an ice cream"..."I got an ice cream"....

    Dirty!!! Can't wait to get my Capristo next week :D

    Looks like he's mounted 20" rims on there too. I saw some other pics on here with guys mounting 20s... but depending on the rims, the brake disks look tiny and require definite upgrading. Whats the max tire width for the back? 305? I'm running on 295 now but looks like there's still some room.

    They are 19" HRE wheels front and back. 285's on the back. At least with the HRE's they are flush with the side of the fender.

    Most impressive. It took some sack to drive it that fast and even more to use a hand to snap the pic.

    How did it feel at that speed?

    We Stooges talk to each other like this all the time. Believe me there are no hard feelings. In fact, I invite FBB to show my spin in Turn 2 of Buttonwillow earlier this year. Go ahead, I dare ya! :p Hard to miss his bulkness hanging on the fence with his camera. :D

    If you're not revving your F355 to at least 8 grand once the oil and gearbox are hot, you should sell it to someone who will.

    Ive hit the limiter many times but since the work done 2 years ago along with the chip change, I find I have all sorts of power but I did take it up to see where the new limit was and it lies at 9000rpm and man does it scream. These babies are made to take 10,000rpm.

    Guido- They are made to take 10,000 rpm a few times. More than that is likely fatal.

    Well nobody is going to be able to take it to 10gs anyway. When one hits the limiter, you just bounce off it, never hold it there. Problem is many do not drive these engines hard enough and thats the main reason they screw up. My friend helped design a few ferrari (430 being his main one) and I learn more and more about these machines everytime I talk to him. Have his friends in Italy design new chips for your 2.7 and your car is transformed into another car altogether.
