    I seem to like doing these posts as 'two-fers' but I guess that's how my mind works. Who's the best person out there to refinish 16" 308 wheels? Original as possible please.

    Also, what works best to touch up the silver part on the3/4 vents on the 308 GTS? Thanks for your input!

    Sorry I don't have a pic available, but I painted my side louvers all black when the the silver started to fade/look crappy...it's an option.

    Matte black trim spray paint.

    Wheels can be glass bead blasted at any good shop and then painted. Make sure they use the right primer for alloys.

    I just posted on the other 16" wheel thread....I have used Wheels America on respray at $129 each, they offer lifetime warranty or until you smack the next curb! LOL!

    Mothers aluminum polish. It looks as if there isn't any finish on the silver part, if there was it would not oxidize.

    You lost me, we're talking about the plastic louvers on the side 3/4 windows? Or are you saying Magnesium wheels oxidize?
