We want to inform you about the fact that we won’t be involved into the
organization of the Modena Days 2005, even tough we intended to do so.

Predominantly due to private reasons it is not possible for us to accomplish
the extensive organizational tasks for this year.

Our partner Nino is now responsible on his own for the Event. We wish him
all the best for his work and will join the organization again next year.

    Wolfgang,

This is very unfortunate because you have a wonderful, non-profit, organization talent. It will not be the same without your effort and skills.
This means that I will not participate in the Modena Days this year!
I hope that we will be able to participate in one of "your" meetings again soon.

:(:(:(:( very, very sad news indeed - but luckely the summer is still 4 months away, I do wish to belive that Wolfgang and Sebastian maaaaybe can come up with a "Emergency plan B" they still got "plenty" of time to think of another, perhaps not as big as MD but a smaller Fchat meeting - I'm ready for anything, anywhere, anytime....
Com'on guys, dont let 05 be a sad year for those of us who share our passion in Ferraris and YELLOW SV's :D:D:D
Mix your heads together, I'm sure you'll find a great alternative.
    Please...............;)

That's very sad news Wolfgang but I respect you decission.

The MD05 for most of us is the only event this year to meet all the other Fchatters. I agree with Pal to look for a plan B.
Most Fchatters allready planned 18 june so maybe we can set up anythingelse. No big organisation, no circuit things, just a meeting!!.
    Anybody any id's??

    Let`s make a meeting at Spa .

    Calendar : http://www.spa-francorchamps.be/en/index2.html

    On 29 may Spaitalia http://www.spaitalia.be/

Or on 24,25 and 26 June Ferraridays.

For me it doesn`t matter when, I will be on both :)

But I can imagine that for some F-chatters it will be to far to drive.
But I do know an Norwegian F-chatter who is considering about comming to Spa, Who would that be ???? It must be a Ferrari crazy guy :)

Let me know what you guy`s think about all this.

    Sounds good to me too.
I'll be there both events too.

Last year we stayed at Spa Italia for 3 days. We rented a house with 10 people and had lots of fun. Maybe a possibility???
    (there are 2 houses)

I don't understand the problem... Ok, Wolfgang and Sebastian are not in the organisation this year because of a lack of time, but that doesn't mean he won't be there or that it will be a bad event, is it? I understand the event is still on, and that Nino will continue to make it a nice one?

Why can't we all meet again over there? Wolfgang, you said you aren't co-organising, but you will be at the event, don't you? What's the big differance? They just will have more time to enjoy the day without organisation tasks!

    Enlighten me please...

Indeed great news Paul! Looking forward to welcome and meet you again in Belgium! :)
So you will be staying in Ostend, by the coast? That's great! Maybe we can already have a small F-Chat meeting over there? It's not that far from here! :)
We could also join up for the drive to Spa if things work out well!

Sad that Merete isn't able to join you on this trip, but I'm sure you'll make a lot of video-footage and pics... Don't forget your camera ;):D

And now let's hope that there will be at least one 250 GTO at Spa... hehehe... don't worry... there should be ;) But don't expect 12 Enzo's and 300 red 360 Modena's here...

Hey, maybe I could place a small order from your paintshop-garage for this occasion? :) I've always liked to have a 1/18 UT F355 GTS in the Ferrari dark blue (or black is maybe easier to do?)... but it's a bit difficult to find one in the regular shops. Painting it myself is an option but I don't think that's a good idea 'caus of a lack of experience and time... How much euro's would a pro like you ask for a model + well done paintjob like this? :D Inform me please.

Aint gonna happen buddy......(thats the difference between you and me;););)LOL)

@Wolfgang, can you enlighten me as well?
    @ all,
yes, Paul is gonna stay over at my place for that period of time, if that's a good idea or not I let you guys know afterwards for any future events. :D
And yes, I took two weeks of from work, so I'm planning to do something here at my place (BBQ?) for all who's interested. Merete's already informed me Paul's a great cook, so that won't be a problem. ;)
And we're (Paul and I) are gonna be at Spa on Sat and Sunday.

The BBQ is a great idea! :) I'll certainly try to be there! :) And we'll meet again at Spa!

    @Paul,
Thank you very much! Are you sure about the trade?
I can only offer you a red 1/18 Testarossa for the moment :/:eek:
Repainting it myself is not a good idea, it would end up in a mess... so it would be great if you could get me a black F355 GTS in 1/18 (UT if possible?).
It would also be nice to see it being maintaned and prepared for export in your diorama thread ;):D

    @Jurgen,
Are you sure you know what you're doing? I've seen this crazy Norwegian twice before in Germany! Good luck! LOL :D;):D;)
