Relationship between Tubi/Factory?

    Okay, I've seen enough testimonials to know that Tubi makes a killer exhaust. Chevy probably doesn't care who slaps Flowmasters under their camaro. But Ferraris are different. They are pieces of art. They may or may not be improved by the sound of a Tubi, depending on taste.

    I ask because I noticed Tubi is based in Italy. Is there a close working relationship with the Factory, or do Ferrari stick their noses up in the air with a nonchalant attitude?

    Tubi and Ferrari are very close. I believe Tubi is involved in making F1 exhaust components, as well as components for other race projects.

    I cant agree, my mate wanted to put Tubi on his new 360 and dealer said it could only be done if he was prepared to void his 3 year warranty. There are not any close ties between the factory and Tubi as far as I know.

    They're based right in the next town over from Maranello in Fiorano. They've got a pretty good relationship with Ferrari and the rest. Although it appears that with the likes of the F430 and its current sound, Ferrari are trying to cut them out a bit. I'm not sure who makes the Ferrari OEM exhaust.

    Ferrari OEM exhausts are made by Ansa,including the headers and cats.Challenge exhausts are also built by Ansa.Look for the ANSA logo stamped on the exhaust manifolds and mufflers.

    Tubi makes the F1 exhausts for Ferrari and for all their sports cars and Challenge cars. Only difference is they don't stamp their Tubi logo when they're made as OEM factory product.

    Cal beat me to the punch. Tubi is not as close as you think. Plus there are better exhaust manufacturers out there, depending on the purpose.
