    Purchased a 2005 575M F1 on the 30th of March. As of today we are on our 3rd Temp tag. Have the BBB,The Fla.DMV and Attorney involved. They have had my money for almost 90 days now and we still don't have a title, but at least I have the car.
    Called them today and the Fla. DMV is all over them and according to them they are all pissed off. Sounds like someone that owes me money I'm trying to collect, You always are the bad guy. Also sent my agent down 2 weeks ago to collect the title and she went to the dealership with a police escort but she did not get the title.
    Today called the dealership, they were told someone would be there tomorrow to collect the title, was told if any agent of mine or anyone that had anything to do with us put foot on there property would be arrested.We were told that the title was mailed by the floor planner June 6 from Mass. And now we find out today June 13, that the floor planner has been on vacation and the title was just fed x Yesterday to Exotic Motor Cars. How funny, fed x showed up at 8am and they open at 9. Again no title. But we have been assured by Dennis Kennedy that he will have the title Wed June 14 and will over night to us to arrive in Maryland on Thursday. And all of this is due to Fla. DMV being on their case.

    My friend was called today and told the title was there and that they would
    Fed-x it.
    We will see tomorrow.

    My agent was called today and told the title was there and that they would Fed-X it today for delivery tomorrow.
    This is aout the 10th time they have said this, so we will see.
    Although the Florida DMV is on there case now, and I think along the line some laws have been broken. We have called Exotic Motor Cars many times with no call backs.
    My attorney is taken charge now.

    Well I got the title this morning Fed-X, Even though is was a little messed up.
    The Maryland DMV issued me a Maryland title and tags. I think this is an Appropriate tag for this car TOXIC 1.Will have to see where we go from here.

    Dorsey---let me know if you have different personalized tags to choose. I will run them ahaed of time and tell you what is avaliable... Had a buddy awhile back pick 3 different ones, paid his money, and all were taken--it was a pain in the butt for him..

    Thanks anyway but I already have tags, Just transfered the Z06 tag to the Ferrari. I have TOXIC 1,TOXIC 2 AND TOXIC 3. Great offer though.
