Remote control Lexus IS 200

I found this in storage, it was given to me by Park Pl., Lexus 23 to 24 years ago as a gift for my patronage, that back then was a lot. Both the car and the controller are still in their original cellophane wrapped boxes. Is this collectible? I really don’t want to spend a lot of effort trying to sell it but would like some idea of value. Thanks
