Quick question, my remote (only have one black one) on my 97 355 spider has stopped working and I cannot start the car, is there anyway to bypass the ignition lock to move the car or do I have to have it taken to the Ferrari dealer? Any help would be appreciated.

Do you have the PIN - have you tried replacing the battery ? This and many more have been answered in the cloning fob thread amongst many other places here

    No bypass.
If you have a PIN, you can manually start the car with the pin number using a number of key on-off switches, and it quickly becomes a pain in the butt after the emergency first time.
You may be able to get your dead remote cloned (not sure, check with those who clone)
Other than that, you tow it to the dealer, pay them $2000 for a new controller board, 3 new fobs and a new PIN code.

    Good luck.
