Is it possible to remove this badge from the left side of a 355 without having to remove the radiator?

Am hoping the 2 securing clips are accessible by only removing the inner wheel arch panel.
Need to know before taking in for paint.

    Thanku

When I took off the inner arch panel the radiator still hides the two retainer clips.

When I took mine off, the retainer clips were not there. They were only held on with double sided tape. Its very sticky stuff so they were really on there but once you get them started they will finally come off. You might try prying them first to see what happens. Try a little GooGon to loosen the tape. You might be lucky.

    Possibly bad info here

I have been told by reliable source that radiators DO NOT need to be removed to gain access to the badge clips.

Replaced mine recently as they were not quite mint. The little clips on the studs can be removed, its a real fiddle but it can be done just by removing the inner wheel house lining. Hope this helps!

Didn't mean to misinform. The radiator does cover it but I'm sure there's access with the correct tool.

The badge on the right side of my 348 was loose. It was easy to correct by removing the wheelwell liner and using a 1/4 drive socket to press the retaining tabs down further on the posts. No idea if the same is true for a 355, but the liner is super easy to remove, so that's where I'd start.

Good luck. Post what you find in hopes it will help someone else in the future.

Having done the job personally myself,to be fair what MAD828 says is correct. The radiators do make getting these off a fiddle. It can be done by simply removing the wheel house lining. Once you have done it you will see its not a big deal. We are all here to help.

I was partially incorrect, sorry. Here are two pics showing the front clip is obstructed by the radiator on right hand side. Hopefully this clears it up. Pics taken from Terry's epic spider rebuild thread on clubscuderia. Quoting Terry:I wanted to fit the new side badges before installing the radiators as access to the front fixing is blocked with the radiators installed.
