I replaced my brakes pad today what an easy job. I was going to turn my rotors, but after trying to remove the rotor has stuck I used a dead hammer and still could not get the rotor off. The rotor's were not in that bad of shape so I just replaced the brakes. After braking in the brakes I have more noise than the old pair. Any ideas on getting the rotors off.

Did you remember to remove the two screws that hold the rotor to the hub axle? They also function to sort of hold the wheel in place so that you can thread the lug bolts. If I remember correctly it should take a 12mm wrench to get them to come loose. If you still have those screwed it the rotor won't come off.

One more thing, if it was the rear rotors make sure the parking break is not engaged.

spray wd40 in the lug holes and around the center of the rotor a it meets the hub. Heat it up with a propane torch. WD40 wicks in and loosens. Smack with a dead blow hammer. Shold take 2 minutes. Then take to a kragen or pepboys to turn the rotors.
