I searched the forums for advice, but came up empty. Anyone have any secrets in getting these out. I had everything in the car, except for these, done by Robby. These now need to be done.

Mike I understand that it cannot be done without breaking the tabs that hold it in place. Mine are bad too but the thought of loose parts in my ducting doesn't sit well.
Some of the guys have used rags with solvent/cleaner dejour to de-sticky them in place. This could be done pretty easy if they are really bad. Perhaps some masking tape over the stitching and be mindful of the rag as it gets dirty. I recall reading that some of the leather conditioners will remove the sticky so that is pretty harmless IMO. Good luck!

You do not need to remove these Vents to clean the Stickies. I used Leatherique cleaner, Terry cloth wash rags and elbow grease. Moisten them overnight or at least a few hours below to help break down the coating. while working keep the cloth damp with Leatherique. When finished part is a nice color. The Leatherique does not hurt the leather either.
You need to remove the air conditioning vents when doing them. Use a nylon upholstery pry bar to facilitate removal and pay attention to how they line up when coming out so as to replace them easily.

The problem I have is that one of them warped. It seems to have happened overnight too, so I'm not sure if I can fix it or have to replace it. Looks like it's going to be very tough to do on my own, so I might wait until the winter and let the dealer do it.

Mine got warped also, when I made the mistake of taking my car to Ferrari Of Palm Beach for a minor service issue; spent several thousand to repair the damage.

If you want to try to replace the "vents" yourself, here's a step by step:

I have some extra push-nuts (to secure the vents to the dash) that I can give you; Ferrari doesn't stock them.
