Is there some kind of trick to remove the upper part of the gearstick in a manual 412 ? I've had a close look at the parts diagram and the gearstick, and it appears to be a push on fit, with some kind of an expading bush holding it in place ? If that's the case it should just be a matter of pulling it off....? M
