    Just refurbishing the suspension on my 308 GT4. I tried in vain to find a sequence of photos showing how to grind off the welds on the old bushes and press them out of the control arms.
    So here is how I went about it. The 3mm rotary files are £7 per pair on Amazon and I got through one per control arm - two bushes - in my drill. Once the welds were removed they pressed out easily in my vice.
    Job took 30-45 minutes per arm so not super quick but not that difficult and overall strangely satisfying.

    Die grinder works much faster.
