    Does anyone have any tips on removing the overhead console that houses the dome light in a 430? I don't feel like breaking anything today.

    Get the shop manual and follow the instructions.

    Trim tool inserted on the passenger side of the light. Work it in there and pop the light down. Then you should be good. Few Allen head screws once the light is out.
