Are there any tricks or special tools needed to remove the radio from the F430 Scuderia? (just the components, not the wiring harness). Do all the components plug into the harness, or do wires have to be cut? Any unsightly remnants after you remove the speaker enclosure from between the seats? Screw holes in the fabric? Metal tabs protruding? Part number and price of 'radio delete' dash plate? Has anybody come up with a "fire extinguisher' relocation kit, to install the fire extinguisher in place of the speaker enclosure?
Getting the radio requires the 2 tools to release it. Here is a delete plate for the radio on ebay... I might have one and can check mon... as far as the rear sub box / holes in carpet I can see if I have a pic of that... Thanks for the lead Scott. If the radio deck is a standard DIN chassis, I think I have the removal tools for it already.
