    Does anybody have any experience of these? I'm looking at buying one just down the road from me for my next car, so any constructive comments would be welcome. A little about the car:

    52 plate
    35,000 miles
    1.6 16v (110bhp)
    Full service history
    £3,999 (including 3-month warranty and service)

    Also wondering whether it's worth having an AA inspection done? At circa. £195 they aren't exactly cheap. Would have posted this on a Megane site but wouldn't get an unbiased opinion!

    £195 for an inspection on a 5-6 year old French hatchback/coupe is worth every penny. Electrical and build problems are rife on most French cars built from 1950 to date! :(

    Had one for about 3 years no probs with it at all never serviced it put a bit of oil in it and sold for £300 less than what I bought it for all in all not a bad deal or car.

    Great car, my Daughter had a convertible for awhile, there were no major problems with the car just a few stupid electrical ones, we had an AA inspection done before buying and found a few problems, the seller then knocked 450 pounds off the price, make sure you use a good quality synthetic oil in the engine, otherwise buy and enjoy :) heres a link to my Daughters car when we were selling it :)
