We are getting married in Sorrento and for a suprise I'd like to rent my husband to be a ferrari while in Rome. Last time we were in Rome in November we went to a huge Ferrari store, but didnt notice any rental options.
Does anyone have any tips how I can go about this?

    Grazie!

I have heard of some specialist rental companies who will supply a car wherever you want it. Some important points:

    1) You'll have to leave a 50,000 Euro deposit on your credit card (you can get a temporary CC limit extension if you need to)

    2) Your personal excess liability will be in the region of 20-30,000 Euros, regardless of the insurance.

I know the following companies you could contact:

http://www.maranelloservice.it/ (they provide delivery all over Italy - check the website for more info)

http://www.eliterent.com/noleggio-auto-lusso/Ferrari.htm (this company operates all over Italy, and specifically around Rome and Naples - it could be perfect for you).

Have fun! Please PM me if you need any advice on how to proceed.
