Steve @ Arena Motors out by Giants Stadium. He'll pick up your car in S.I. He also has a detailer on the premises.
Call Eddie and discuss with him what you want, he'll probably tell you to bring the car by so that he can properly evaluate what needs to be done. Once you've seen their work, you can understand what we mean!
+ another 1 . Detailing Dynamics is fantastic at detailing, but they also have Bert Mota as their wrench turner. Bert knows cars (especially Ferraris!), and does excellent work.
