Replace 328 Window Switch

Take the door handle off, its a couple of bolts and you also have to unlatch the door cable. The switches pop right off from the inside.

I don't think he'll have to take off the door handle necessarily... Perhaps, but my memory seems to say that if you just take off the black plate on the underside of the door handle (there are two, this would be the larger one), you can get access to the window switches... Just push them up via the wire harness housing.

 

Probably true. I was in the door installing the window speed boosters and since I had the handle off looked at the window switches. If your hands are small enough you might be able to get them out by just removing the cover plate.

 

Just pull cautioned the switch out of the handle . Rutland sells them if replacement needed.
