A word to the moderator of the Maserati forum: Shouldn't we creat a thread which lists really interesting Maserati parts/items/ cars from ebay? Spares are sometimes hard to find - so why not acknowledge and help out? Just an idea - maybe others comment?
Yeah that's the trouble with style of forumware. It has no "database" capabilities. I'm a moderator on a couple of other forums that do have those sorts of capabilities and it's very nice to have. But that particular software is very dated and newcomers don't take to it well at all. If anyone knows of something different please tell me as I have two forums that need to move to something else. On the Jaguar forum which also utilizes a version of this same software what they've done is to create stickies at the top which contain references to certain threads covering the hot and repetitive topics. It's certainly not clean or elegant and it does require a few people willing and authorized to maintain it. I haven't observed that sort of an effort her but then I don't go wandering through every part of this forum with all of it's models of Ferrari's.
