Mondial owners P4 by Norwood is trying to get a count of how many owners would be willing to purchase an exact replacement of the center console graphics panel of the climate control. This replacement graphics panel will be digitally printed just as the original. The plastic vinyl will include an adhesive back and will be translucent in the same areas as the original. at $75.00 I'm definately in. I've had numerous other Mondial owners ask about this, we'll let them chime in on their own. Maybe change the header to mention "Mondial console" to get their attention.
I would be in too. Probably something good to have around. But are you talking about replacing the entire plastic panel, or are you creating a vinyl piece that you place over the existing panel?
This will not replace the entire plastic assembly, only the laminate top surface. From the factory they are plastic with adhesive on the back side. Peal the old one off, clean the plastic frame off with adhesive cleaner and apply the new one. I will post a video of how to install if we can get enough orders to manufacture.
Got ya, I have seen many mondials with the plastic warping, which is what I imagine prompted you to consider a replacement. Is it just the laminate top that warps or is it the entire plastic assembly?
