My baffles sound like they are starting to go as it rattles from the main muffler on idle and really sounds like a Datsun 120Y. Not like an 80's supercar at all. Has anyone had their local exhaust shop have a play and how did it turn out. I am playing with the idea of dropping in on a guy that did a custom job on an old chev ute that I recently fitted a 383 Chev to. He did a great job and it wasn't exorbidently priced. This Mondy needs bite and I really cant justify the prices they want for a pre made system. Geez its on a 4 port muffler with some bends to get exhaust in and out. Anyone tried bypassing the big muffler with straight thru pipes and hot dogs...

Yes, I had a true dual exhaust setup on my ex 308 using some magnaflow cylindrical mufflers. I cant for the life od me find any pics though

I did see that one. I would give it a shot to but a thousand dollars to get it here to Australia makes it 2000 . Which seriously cant be right. I had a complete supercharger kit with aqua cooler shipped from the states for 500 and it was a big unit believe me. He needs to get serious if he he is to sell them.

Jay thanx for the heads up but I am thinking I want to give this tiger a subtle roar. It sounds like sheet with the standard exhaust It is definitely going to have to go and be replaced with something I am just not sure what
