Replacement key case? Mine is all scratched

It's something like $1200 to officially do it through a dealer. Or you buy something for $20 on ebay.

I had more or less the same problem, but just the red covers were bad on mine, so I purchased this:

There are tons of aftermarket options on the web, most of which are solid red plastic and not painted: this is good (scratches won't appear in white) as long as the plastic is a good, hard and shiny resin, and I can tell you this is the case. Also the horse reproduction is not the same for all, and I can say it is very good on these. One more thing is be careful if you need to replace the black body as well: not all fit, and this wouldn't on my keys, for instance, but I didn't care.
Last thing to say to me is that all the ones I found have a hood latch button showing the rear hood, which is acceptable to me, but it's not like OEM.
All In all, after a couple of year of discontinued use, I can only speak well about this, within the above limits.

I've bought 2 of these. Pry off the old case halves and put the new ones on. The one side comes off easy (the replacement battery side). You might need a single edge razor blade or similar to pry off the side that doesn't normally come off. 2 Minute job for new covers. When searching eBay, make sure you get the one with the silver cavallino. Not sure that they all have it.
