    I have bought a spyder. It has Pirelli p zeros which need replacing. Just for street driving. No tracking. Any thoughts on replacement tyres.

    Michelin Pilot Super Sports 225 and 265 rears I went for. Coming from Pirelli P Zero, these are really a great tyre.

    The p zero is an old tech tyre the Michelin much newer, they ride excellent have better wet handling and are fitted to most high performance cars these days.

    I'm on my third set ( 1 michelin and 2 bridgestone) and have been pleased with the handling but its a personal thing.....tires are a trade off and it depends if you track your car or not. For street use any of the major brands provide great tires but you can't go wrong with the michelins.

    Like already said, it is a personal thing for street driving. I have the MPS on both my 348 (on 355 rims) and my 996TT and love them. Tough to go wrong with them.

    I vote for the Super Sports as well. It's what I put on 355s that I sell, as well as my own cars. They are a phenomenal tire.

    Having said that, the Pirelli does look "right" on the 355. But the tire isn't in the same universe as the SS.
