    I am in the process of changing two motor mounts on my 328. Problem is, the rubber is twisting inside of the mount, so it is just free spinning when I try to remove the bolt. The best I can think of is to drill out the bolt, but I think it is grade 8 and would be a pain, and, I don't have a bolt to replace it. Thoughts?
