    Is it the same ? I read some where that 612 much easier,

    Do u need to remove the time belt to access the cam-seal?

    The F133E (575M) and F-133F (612) engines both have cam seals that can be replaced without having to remove the cams, unlike the 456s and 550. Mine were done when the cambelts were changed, so not sure about whether you need to remove the belts or not.

    major service January 2018 in Ferrari dealer .. .. they replaced can belt Cam seal ..
    Didn’t last a year, is that normal .. ?

    Can u replace the cam seal without taking off cam belt?

    Yes .. my 456 lasted longer
    So the belt need to be removed to access the cam seal?
    It’s major service .. I’m still negotiating with Sf dealer .. this was missed by their PPI
    They should fix the leak before offering the power train warranty.. I think that Ferrari guidelines..

    My techs made their own tool to fit the seals tightly. Sounds like it is pretty easy to foul it up.

    Is it that complicated need special tool? The Ferrari dealer don’t have that tool ?

    Affirmative, not sure because mine were changed when the belts were changed. Have to ask your tech.
