Replacing gas guage

Did a lot of searching but really couldn't find specifics on removal and replacement. Best I could tell, a couple screws need to be removed from underneath and the center piece will come out if I read the post correctly. If that is correct, then is it obvious how to remove the guages? Probably will replace all the bulbs while I'm in there, where should those be sourced?

Thanks but I'm talking about the center piece that houses the three gauges, stereo and vents. I found a lot of threads on the panel removal you speak of but not much with this piece.
