Would you be interested in selling harnesses? Would be cool to switch up between the standard/SS/308 look from time to time.

If you remove the existing (inner) mesh and put in another mesh on the outside (behind the grill) it will not further reduce the air flow.

Not a fan of the tail, but to each his own...the lights look good, nice job.

It's not based on something that actually exists, and back in the pre-LED days, the only way to do it would have been to use a lot more bulbs in each tail light.

What I love about the standard 348 lights are the top tail lights, achieved by using three bulbs across the width of the light unit - They look really futuristic in the dark, but the square indicators, brake lights, fog lights and reversing lights don't look as good to Me.

Had the indicators been a strip of three bulbs sat beneath the tail lights, and the brake lights been a strip of three bulbs below the indicator strip, with the fog lights, reflectors and reversing lights been on a bottom strip, then personally, I think the lights would have looked super-cool in the dark:

    Love it!

It makes the rear and of the car look more aggressive. Well done.

I said before I prefer stock, but this looks pretty good, too. Glad you kept the grates.

I was looking at a picture of an F40 today and made me think of this thread. I wonder if it would be possible to fill in the the sides and add mesh with cutouts for the lights. Like the F40, but slightly less boxy. I assume this would take sheet-metal, a big hammer, an English wheel, and a few welds. You would have to find a car with damage to justify cutting into it, me thinks.

That F40 photo is sweet with the 348 in the background. Also, please have another look at the francorchamps photo in post 12 of this thread.

Pretty much exactly like that but with some added mesh. I wish I took that F40 picture, but I stole it from Ferrari South Bay's Instagram. It is a great photo though

I was just poking around and stumbled upon this. Honestly, this came out fantastic. It is the perfect amount of conversion to get some of the classic round light look. This is exactly what Pininfarina should have done.
