I emailed Ferrari of North America. They told me to email my nearest Ferrari dealer (Chicago). I fired off a quick email and received a response shortly thereafter. They said they'd take care of it. They said how quick it's done depends on the Sales Manager?
I live in Utah but my car was originally ordered from Miller Motorcars in CT., I talked to Jeffery who had them call me and I talked to Steve Daley. It took him less than 5 minutes to send in the request on 1-10-14 and today I received an e-mail from Mr. Daley telling me that it had arrived. I wrote back and told him wow that was FAST! His reply( As I offered to send him a thank you in the form of a restaurant gift card), "I couldnt believe it either. Things are changing for the better I guess. Dont send me anything accept for referrals and kind words". So thank you Jeffery Garlock of Ferrari NA and Steve Daley of Miller Motorcars!!!
E-mail worked for me but here is Jeffery's e-mail response to me with his # and e-mail address: To request a replacement window sticker, one should reach out to their local authorized Ferrari dealership and provide their vehicle information. There should not be a cost associated with obtaining a replacement window sticker, and it does not necessarily need to be the original selling dealership requesting the reproduction as some dealerships have closed, moved, or changed ownership over the years. If I may be of any further assistance, please feel free to reach out to me at (866) 551-2828 or via e-mail at [email protected]. Warmest regards, Jeffrey Garlock
The dealer that I believe my car was shipped to said it has dropped out of their system. (It is 31 years old); they believe their old records are off site.... Kevin
No, you are not out. I just received the window sticker for my 2004 360 Spider from another dealer. The original dealer was of no help so I went to my local dealer (Wide World of Cars in Spring Valley, NY) and Gary Lyttle took care of everything. I picked up 2 laminated window stickers today. Gary is a rare breed. Really takes care of his customers and I would recommend him highly if anyone in the NY/NJ area is looking for help purchasing a car.
Please know there is one caveat to this, That is the fact that the emissions date information above the mileage will be more current than the year of your car. See my sticker and you will notice the 2008 information and my vehicle is a 2003
Thanks a lot for the info, I just e-mailed Wide World of Cars in Spring Valley, NY - Gary Lyttle (actually my F360 was originally purchased there) and he replied to my e-mail within 5 minutes. Great customer service. He told me he will get back to me in a couple of days, he was going to send the e-mail to FNA.
Hi Kevin; Your profile says you spend time in both UT and CA. Let's meet up at C&C in Irvine one of these Saturday mornings.
YESSSS its here!!!!! Ordered 1-10-14 Great time considering a weekend was involved. Thanks again to Jeffery at Ferrari NA. and Steve Daley at Miller Motorcars in CT. One small note that I have not noticed on all scud W/S that I have seen(and thats not many) is the mention of "NART Racing Stripe" I looked it up and that is the real name of the scud stripe which I did not know. Netman, we have a vacation rental home in Laguna Beach that someday soon might turn into a permanent residence. I STILL have not been to Irvine C&C but will definitely go next time we are out there and would like to meet some Cali. F-Chatters! Unfortunately my scud does not come with me but that also might change if I can afford an enclosed trailer. PM me your name, phone and e-mail addy. and I will check in next time we are out. We were out for 6 weeks lasting through Dec.26 and left on a 77 degree day and really the whole time we were there it rained just a few days. I was thinking of my car sitting in PC in 10 degree cold, lol
Anyone deal with Ferrari of Central Florida on this issue? What are my chances. My local dealer (closest) would be Steve Harris in Salt Lake City. Which should I contact?
